Starla provided amazing service and was very attentive to our needs/ requests throughout our stay which we ended up extending! Hotel bartender provided quick service and crabcakes were good! Great weekend with hotel just a few steps from the lovely Ellis Square and restaurants! Will definitely be back...

My dog and I had a great time at this hotel! There was construction outside the building and the elevator to the suites is currently out of order. But the staircase is right next to the working elevator and it’s only half a flight of stairs up or down to the suites. Plus, they waived the pet fee and comped my breakfast! I also didn’t notice construction noise because I wasn’t in the room during the day. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was super clean, the double shower heads were a nice surprise, and the shrimp and grits were delicious. The location is excellent. Overall, great time and I would definitely return!

I chose to stay at the Hotel Indigo Savannah because of an excellent experience I had in the past, but this visit left me somewhat disappointed. The lobby has a post‑industrial design similar to the Indigo I visited in Pittsburgh, which I appreciated. The reception staff were generally attentive, yet I never truly felt welcomed during check‑in or throughout my interactions with them. The room itself was clean, well maintained, and offered a pleasant view of the river. Despite the nearby road, noise was not an issue, and the overall comfort of the room met expectations. For breakfast, I received coupons intended to cover two adults. However, they only covered the price of two dishes. I had to pay extra for my two children, drinks, and other items. While the food at the hotel restaurant was very good, the breakfast arrangement felt insufficient, especially considering it was an option selected during booking. I also had the chance to try the lobby bar, where the staff were genuinely friendly and the service stood out as excellent. Overall, my stay was good but not outstanding. A warmer welcome from the reception team and a more comprehensive breakfast offering would significantly improve the experience.

I had a great stay at the Hotel Indigo Savannah. The hotel blends historic character with modern comfort, and the atmosphere feels relaxed and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The real standout was the service. Every staff member I met was friendly and attentive, and Tiffany Chewey, the Assistant Front Office Manager, deserves special recognition. She was professional, warm, and incredibly helpful—exactly the kind of person who elevates a stay from good to memorable. If you want a comfortable spot in Savannah with genuinely excellent service, Hotel Indigo is an easy choice.

My stay here was top-notch. The location across from the river is perfect. I stayed in the 1 bedroom suite and found it to be spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was greeted with champagne upon check in and the selection of drinks and fruit in the lobby was a nice touch. I had dinner and a cocktail at the restaurant. I ordered the steak and it was very good. The overall service here exceeded my expectations and I will choose this hotel again for my next visit.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Hotel Indigo Savannah Historic District in Savannah! Chef Thomas truly outdid himself. The lamb chops were cooked to perfection — tender, flavorful, and seasoned just right. The surf and turf was outstanding, with perfectly prepared steak and seafood that paired beautifully together. And the dessert bar? Completely off the chain. Every option was fresh, creative, and delicious — the perfect ending to an already incredible meal. From the food to the atmosphere, everything made for a fantastic evening. Highly recommend for a special night out. We’ll definitely be back!

Stopped for a girls weekend stayed here.Absolutely perfect.Location rooms were over.Since it's an old warehouse but clean and comfortable. I'm recommending this to anyone who wants to spend time enjoying the beautiful city of Savannah and not having to walk around too far. Staff was very friendly.

This was the first time my wife and I have visited Savannah and was unsure what to expect. When we checked in at the Indigo the lady at the front desk Ashlie was super helpful. She went out of her way to make sure we felt like we were at home. She made our stay at the Indigo well worth it with her hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying here on our next trip to Savannah!
